At NutriGR8, we entrust Australia Post for all our deliveries, ensuring your parcels reach the specified address promptly.

We strive to dispatch orders within 12-24 hours of receiving them.

Please allow sufficient time for Australia Post to deliver your parcel. Typically, parcels should reach you within 4-8 business days post-dispatch. Once it is in transit, NutriGR8 is not responsible for the delivery time-frame, which may vary depending on delivery location or any unforeseen circumstance.

Please note that some orders may necessitate multiple boxes, resulting in separate deliveries.

During peak periods like the Festive Season, Public Holidays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and specific promotions, processing and Australia Post delivery times may vary.

By confirming the purchase of items in your cart, you acknowledge that NutriGR8 is responsible for the careful picking, packing, and dispatching of your items. In the event that your parcel encounters setbacks (e.g. taxes, customs laws, duties), or any other unforeseen reasons preventing delivery, and NutriGR8 has fulfilled its obligation in picking, packing, and dispatching your ordered goods, we regret that a refund may not be feasible.

A fixed shipping rate of $14 applies to orders below the value of AU $140. Enjoy free postage for orders of AU $140 or more.
