Custard Protein Muffins 

1 1/2 cups plain flour

1/2 cup custard powder

1 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda

1 scoop NutriGR8 Collagen Protein

1 scoop NutriGR8 WPI

1 cup milk (e.g. unsweetened almond milk or low fat milk)

2 tbsp. olive oil + extra for greasing

2 tbsp. honey

1 egg, lightly beaten

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Line a muffin tray with 12 muffin cases, lightly greased with olive oil.

In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together until well combined.

In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients and mix until well combined.

Gently add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Divide the mixture evenly into the muffin tray.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.

Allow to cool and enjoy!
